Is Borca an online store, or does it have a physical store?
Borca has a long tradition of selling embroidered home goods and, since the 1960s, has been based in the heart of Madrid at Calle Marqués Viudo de Pontejos, 2, right next to Puerta del Sol.

Is it necessary to register to make a purchase via www.borca.es?
Yes, it is necessary to do so. This way, you will benefit from a secure, fast, and personalized purchase.
How can I pay for my order?
You can make the payment in the following ways:

What shipping costs will you charge me when placing an order?
Shipping prices and delivery times:
Spain (peninsula, islands, and autonomous cities): 7.99 €, 1–3 day delivery.
Europe (European Union and non-EU countries within Europe): 39.99 €, delivery time of 7–10 days.
Rest of the world: 119 €, 7–10 day delivery time.

To which countries do you ship? What taxes will be charged?
Realizamos envíos a todos los continentes siempre y cuando el servicio de transporte homologado y de calidad (trabajamos con DHL para envíos internacionales) permita asegurar la entrega.

Can I pick up my order in-store?
Not only can you do so, but we encourage it. This way, you will save on shipping costs, meet us in person, and see for yourself that our physical store offers a much wider range of products than our online shop. Once the product is ready, we will email you to let you know it has been sent to your chosen store for pickup.
Can I request that my order be sent to an address other than the one I used to register?
Yes. You can select this option during the checkout process.
I can't pay with my card, or I'm having trouble with it. What can I do?
For your own security, Borca has chosen the most secure payment methods available on the Internet.
If your bank has not authorized your credit card for secure online payments, you may experience issues when making the purchase via the banking payment gateway.
In those cases, you can choose the option to pay via PayPal.
You do not need a personal PayPal account to use this service; you can use your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card at no extra cost.
Is VAT included in the price of the products?
Yes, prices include VAT. Borca accepts orders from EU countries, and purchases made from those countries will be charged Spanish VAT in accordance with current legislation.
Can I request an invoice for my order?
All our shipments include a delivery note issued for this purpose, detailing the customer’s information and the items purchased. If you would like us to issue an invoice, please contact us to let us know; we will then issue it and send it to you.
When is the purchase contract between the customer and the company formalized?
The purchase contract is formalized the moment the website assigns the order a status of “Preparation in Progress.” Placing an order does not constitute formalization of the purchase contract, as the company reserves the right to review the order processed by the computer system.
What happens if the product I bought doesn't fit well or I'm not entirely happy with it?
The customer may exchange any item they are not satisfied with within the first 14 days of receiving the order, provided the following conditions are met:
The product must be new, show no signs of use, have any seals intact, and have original labels that are neither torn nor broken.
That the product has not been tampered with.
Once Borca verifies that the aforementioned conditions are met, we will proceed to exchange the item for one of similar specifications or to refund the price, as applicable.
